Luminaria

1. I will start drawing after receiving the full payment.

2. Commercial commissions are subject to a different pricing plan.

3. For digital commissions, you are going to receive the final product in the form of a high-resolution image file of the digital artwork.

4. For traditional commissions, you are going to receive a scanned/ neatly photographed version of the art, or the original physical artwork with a shipping fee.

5. Please note that I am a very busy university student with varying workload. My work speed can be spontaneous as I want to deliver the best product possible. Drawings may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months. 

6. Refund: If 6 months have passed after you sent the payment, and I have not sent you your artwork or any update/ progress, you may request for a full refund. If I am met with personal problems and cannot work on your commission after you have sent the payment, I will notify you and also give you a refund.

7. If you are in a rush, I may push your commission up the queue with a rush fee charged depending on how fast/ early you need the artwork. If I miss this deadline, I will provide you with a refund upon discussion.

8. I retain the ownership of the artwork and can showcase them on my social media, website, in real life, etc. If you do not want me to publicise the commission artwork, a 50% privacy fee will be incurred. The Commissioner still owns the copyright to the character if it is their Original character.

9. Once I start the painting stage, you are allowed to make 3 minor changes to the artwork (not including mistakes I make from my own misunderstanding of the references). Any changes after that will be charged depending on the complexity of the adjustment.
